  What a lovely studio and amazing atmosphere. Going to Jean's classes makes me feel I've just had a full body massage as well as hours of supportive emotional therapy! I always think afterwards about what topics or themes she introduces, and find it very inspiring.

  This is the only studio that I keep coming back for classes. I've tried other clubs, studios and even the big box trendy places but Nirvana teaches consistently solid classes stemming from true teachings of yoga. Franchise studios emphasize the poses but Nirvana goes beyond the poses for self awareness, mind/body connection and health from the inside out. I loved it so much that I became a teacher thru the studio and now teach here! I'm happy to share this practice with any and everyone, at all levels of experience in a welcoming and relaxing environment. Hope to see you soon!
