  The customer service we received was by far the best we have ever had with any dealership.  We have boughton 2 vehicles from Elgin Toyota and 1 from St Charles Honda, and have to say, each time we have left uneducated about our purchase and offered products that we didn't necessarily need.  Your team from the sales agent to the finance manager was on point with everything and were able to educate us on the vehicle we went to see and ultimately purchased.  I cannot thank the finance manager, Rafael Medina, enough.

  The sales manager was very rude and unprofessional. He did not show a bit of professionalism, courtesy and respect. He gave me this impression that he sells many cars in a day and he did not care much if I buy one or not. The sales consultant, Jack, on the other hand was very nice and professional. I ended up buying the car on the same day but at other car dealer with much cheaper price. I will never come back to this place.
